We can help because not only is Justin experienced with obtaining the best loans for clients, he is also an experienced investor with access to the resources and steps required to build a large portfolio to achieve financial independence.

Our story

Starting out his career as a Psychologist in clinical practice, Justin’s purpose in life has consistently been focused on helping others.

Growing up, Justin was the son of two immigrants and witnessed the struggles they went through to put food on the table. Justin quickly learned that working hard, without investing, meant that you were tied to your employer until retirement age.

Whilst he enjoyed work and made it to management, Justin imagined a lifestyle where in the future, there was financial freedom and flexibility to choose when, where and how much he needed to work. Justin worked out that to achieve this, he needed to generate passive income to supplement his daily grind, i.e. through investing.

Property was the choice due to consistent, leveraged growth, lower risk profile, and that there was always demand for a home.

Starting from 2013, Justin acquired his first property, which was a modest 1 bedroom apartment in Sydney. By 2022, through consistent effort and support from his amazing partner, he was able purchase 6 properties located across metro NSW, QLD and WA.

Now with 6 houses in tow, and with rental income surpassing his previous full time income, Justin decided that it was time for a change.

Whilst he thought of spending his time laying on the beach and traveling, Justin was motivated to help others achieve their financial independence and/or have their own dream home.

Following this, Justin obtained his Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, before an internship in a MPA Top 100 Broker’s business. Equipped with expert technical skills, experience and a passion for property, Justin set up GG Loans.

Outside of property, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his young son and wife, exercise, reading and the occasional poker game with friends.
